1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropFirmsTech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

PropFirmsTech provides white-label technology solutions for proprietary trading firms, including platform setup, risk management tools, payment integrations, and ongoing technical support.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. All payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, and content provided by PropFirmsTech remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for your business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

PropFirmsTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
