PropFirmsTech provides a white-label technology platform purpose-built for proprietary trading firms. Our services include platform hosting, MetaTrader 4 & 5 integration, risk management systems, KYC solutions, payment processing, and CRM tools.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to registered businesses operating as proprietary trading firms. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You shall not use our services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.

4. Uptime & Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime and provide 24/7 support coverage. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Data Processing

We process data on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. You remain the data controller for your end-user data.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
